Lions, and tigers, and bears....oh my!!!

Miranda went to the zoo for the first time! She went with me and her Pa(my dad). She had a blast!!! Here are some pics of some of the animals she got to see. I couldn't get many of her and the animals in them, but we got some good ones of the monkeys around there.

Chucke Cheese's!!!

Miranda and I went to one of her cousin's birthday parties. It happened to be at Chucke Cheese's in Texarkana. This was her first time to one of these and mine as well. She had a good time! It was chaotic in there.LOL She played games, ate pizza, and had her picture sketched on a machine. She was scared of the Chucke Cheese mouse though that was there to see the kids. She isn't real good with live BIG puppets/characters. I guess it's like seeing Santa Claus or something....she freaks out!LOL

Happy Easter!!!

Here is Miranda in her beautiful Easter dress on Sunday morning. She was happy to see that the Easter bunny came to see her. She thought that she looked like Cinderella in that dress too! She said "I'm soooo cute"!LOL I agree with her! :o)

A Hunting We Will Go!!!

We decided to have an Easter egg hunt on the day before Easter, because we weren't quite sure of how the weather was going to hold out. Poor Miranda had to hunt by herself. No other kids were there to have fun with her. The good thing is that she found all the eggs and got a little bit of money out of it.LOL Here are some pictures of her hunting for eggs. Miranda's sayings!

I don't have pictures to post right now, but I do have some little "Miranda sayings" that I thought were cute enough to share. They are probably funnier to me than anyone else, because I know my child. Anyway, every night when we go to bed, Miranda and I will say our prayers(first her, then me). After that is good night kisses and I love you's. Then usually I will say "Don't let the bedbugs bite". Well, the other night she beat me and said her own version of that and said "Don't let the bug bites getch ya". I thought that was tooo cute!

I have a habit of saying "you crack me up", when somebody says something funny. Well, Miranda doesn't quite understand the definition of "cracking up", because she always tells me that her booty is cracking up. Which, in her definition, that means that her underwear is messing up inside her pants and she wants me to pull it out or fix it.LOL All I can say is Kids say that Darnedest/Funniest Things!!!!

Let's Go Fly A Kite!!!

Yesterday, Miranda wanted to fly her kite for the first time. We went to the Gurdon Airport and ran, and ran, and ran!!! She had a ball! It wasn't until her MiMi came and got it up in the air though. Mama has only flown a kite one time in her life and it was just a few years ago, so I didn't have much experience.LOL Mimi told us that we needed to let all the string out to get it up there and she was right! Look at it go!!!

I inked myself!!!

Last night, Miranda was playing in her room while I was doing dishes. Well, I went in her room to get her ready for bed and that's when I saw this!!! I just about freaked! Miranda had been playing with her little Winnie The Pooh stamp thingys with an ink pad and she stamped more than just her paper I gave her. It looks like she was trying to put on makeup and went a little crazy with it!LOL Luckily, it came right off with a wet washcloth. Whew!!!
